ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost'

hi

     localip(opensips) --> remoteip(sharing mysql)
     my opensips's script works(can connect to remote mysql, so register is ok)
     if I use following operation, is ok.

#mysql -uroot -hremote_ip -p

but when i do following instruction, it's not work,  maybe I forget some configurations.
I really don't kown where is the problem,  who can help me, thanks in advance.
