Google it for a better answer but Windows doesn't let you have a con.* file name. It is used for some internal OS naming stuff.
If you are desperate, check out the code in a linux machine, then rename con.c and con.h to something like conn.* and then move it over to windows. You won't be able to connect to svn, but you can browse the code.
