Store data in text File

Alain BIEUZENT

Hi all,

I need to store some data on text file (and acces it form shell), i’m trying to use the flatstore module but i don’t understand how i can write into it.

Does anyone use this module without the Acc module? Is there another solution ?

Many thanks

Alain

Hi, Alain!

Flatstore works as a database that only supports native inserts.
If you need to write in a file you can use the exec[1] module, which basically executes any command you want - you can do something like:
exec("echo \"$fU called $rU\" > /tmp/logging");
