What is wrong with my client.conf file for radius?

Please tell me what is wrong with my client.conf configuration... every time I run opensips it crashes and status error appear opensips dead but subsys locked. Thanx in advance for your help!

Hi,

The radius dictionary does not have the definition for Sip-Response-Code
radius attribute. Have you included the dictionary.sip and the
dictionary provided by OpenSIPS (dictionary.opensips) ?

I havent configured/assigned any dictionary. Please tell me from what folder do can I find it and to which folder I have to place it.
