Summary: presence: active_watchers deletes data before "expires" time
#### And now, there is **NO** NOTIFY!!!
#### It doesn't make sense since the previous NOTIFY (15:47:21) said (expires=129)
#### and the new PUBLISH is at 15:47:34 (just 23 seconds after the previous NOTIFY).
#### I can sure that at this time the subscription has been deleted in the "active_watchers"
#### table so this must be an error.

Sure Anca, in the trace I captured I set a very restricted filter and
didn't capture some important messages (as refresh SUBSCRIBE's). I've also
done a several testing with Twinkle and it works *perfectly*. I've also
detected more and more bugs in presence implementation of Qutecom, so for
sure, it's not a OpenSIPS related bug. Sorry.
I close this bug.

I have tested myself now, also with twinkle and I didn't see any problem.
Also looked through the code and it doesn't seem to be a change for a
subscription dialog to be deleted but only with 10 seconds before it
actualy expires to force the phone to resubscribe.

Humm, maybe it's a bug in the refresh SUBSCRIBE from the boggus Qutecom
softphone (I think I didn't capture SUSBCRIBE in the ngrep filter...).
It just *doesn't* happen at all with Twinkle. Let me re-check it please.
